I have noticed that I do not lose weight as quickly as I did when I was in my 20s. Mid 30s makes you work hard for it, which I did this week. 2# loss is good with me. I started P90X3 this week and took a chance by hoping Tony's workouts were going to be "enough" to help me lose this weight. Ding ding ding! I would say yes, the workouts were good enough!

I can relate with mid-thirties being more challenging to lose weight. Even early thirties were easier than this time around. I'm thinking that spring and summer will boost my progress though. This is the first time I've ever STARTED trying to lose weight in the fall.0

I did p90X the original a few year ago. I really got fit and i keep the weight off for years instead of months. Great program and good luck.0

Two much needed rest days in the books, back on track today with P90X. Had a big Italian dinner with the extended family last night. I hope that doesn't ruin my week. I felt so sick after eating all that heavy food. No wonder why I felt so bad for so long eating all that crap!! Nice reminder but now I need to work it all off!0

Sick this week. Diet and Exercise out the window this week. Hoping for a better week next week. Just hoping I don't gain too much this week... It's not a sprint it's a marathon. Back on track next week.0

@JBsJazz Thank you! I actually just quit a challenge group because I felt it was distracting me from my goals. I didn't think that would be an issue. I thought the more support the merrier but I was wrong. So I am back FT to this challenge now!!

Nice 30 min walk OUTSIDE! 70 degrees outside today! Had all the dogs with me and saw a few fish in the pond and SO many birds chirping! Ahhh so good for the soul! Plus I burned 369 calories!! Whoo Hooo!0

Hi Gang! I am back from Vaca! All I have to say is Medican food is NOT healthy!! Gained 2 pounds while on Vaca but I was eating crap and did not drink my water so it is to be expected! Back on track now... Marathon not a Sprint!0 -
