Hormone Medication

Hi! My name is Alia. I'm new to this group. I've been diagnosed with this medical condition since I was 14 and completed stopped having my period. For a while I had tried medication natural and the usual (birth control and metformin) and not only did I get horrible side effects but my period was in no way being regulated so I gave up. I've only recently, as of April of last year , gone back on meds because I finally went to see an ob-gyn and found out that I had become at risk for endometriosis.
I know this syndrome manifests differently in every person and can be treated different ways. For me , unfortunately, it's resulted in psychological and nervous system problems but also in abnormal hair growth, an insanely high sex drive due to increased testosterone and an inappropriate distribution of weight.
I'm currently on metformin and birth control to regulate my period and am taking spironolactone to help slow down the hair growth. My question is...there anything I can take that would help with redistribution of weight on my body?
To explain what I mean further, from what I've researched, male hormones not only affect voice and hair growth and sex drive but they also affect how your body develops. Men , due to their genetic make up and their hormones, tend to gain weight in the upper abdomen, face and arms. Women generally gain weight in the boobs, butt and hips/thighs, which is what usually gives you curves. For some people that have PCOS, their weight distribution changes and some tend to develop more of a male figure (larger on top, smaller on the bottom with no butt or hips , more like an inverted triangle ).
I know that when male transgender are transitioning to women, they do HRT and part of it is taking some kind of hormones that promote development of breasts and redistribution of weight/fat cells. Does anyone know what this is called and has anyone ever taken anything like this?
