Yesterday I went to the nurse for the final check on my wound. It is completely healed over, no more drainage, just a little rash from the adhesive(I'm allergic to it) that I can take care of on my own with Zyncofax.
That means I can start playing in the indoor pool at my apartment building like I had started doing before the latest 'collection' happened. That's what they call it when you get a pseudo cyst that then gets infected. I can't stand to hear that word anymore in any context.

But, my clothes fit better without a dressing on the side (I sound like a salad) just in time for my nieces wedding tomorrow.

Yayyy, Miss Judy!!! Hallelujah! I can hardly wait to reach that point, assuming I don't die trying.
Just a side note, why'd you allow your wound team to use an adhesive to which you're allergic? I'd've sued!

On a lighter note, I meant to say have fun at your niece's wedding! You must be a proud auntie today.

Well, there isn't an adhesive that I'm not allergic to to some degree. Also, Suing in Canada isn't the same as the States. If I didn't sue for the original injury the doctors caused, I wouldn't sue for a rash. But, that's a whole other story.
My niece's wedding is tomorrow, the weather is supposed to be good. She is one of my favorite nieces (I have 19 nieces and 3 nephews). It will be fun to see a lot of my family in one spot. We don't get together as much as we used to.

I'm so happy for you. What a relief this must be. And a joyous wedding to celebrate as well. Wonderful.
