My awesome dinner

I made this for the 1st time ever and I must say I am a huge fan .....cream cheese and parsley(suppose to use green onions..I don't like onions) stuffed chicken breast wrapped in bacon with roasted brussel sprouts :)

    Mmmm I never do stuffed meats, but I have some tasty applewood cheese and prosciutto in the fridge that would go nice inside some chicken, pan-fried in goose fat and finished in the oven, with some bacon on the side.

    Ooh, that does sound good! I'm too lazy to do stuffed meats myself but if you had me over for dinner I'd be overjoyed. ;)

    Its not really stuffed .......you flatten the chicken and spread the creamcheese mixture on one side...roll it up and wrap your pre cooked bacon around it and bake it ....but you are welcome to come over and I will cook it for ya :p
