WORKOUT: AEROBIC
(Transition from Power-Endurance to Strength stressors...let the body “take to” the stimulus).
Start your 20 DAY ELIMINATION/ADDITION!
Even if all your sh$t is wired tight, just pick something and get rid of it…why?....why not? Because you can!.....MFT.
How about this one? Still doin’ the same exercise routine?
I can’t motivate myself to workout alone. (That’s exactly the problem to be addressed.)
It’s just easier to show up and be told what to do. (Oh! Ok, that’s understandable…N’T! Hey, the rest of us call it "Self-discipline"! M…F…T!)
*Do Strength days alone BECAUSE it’s hard.
*Cue up a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) session BECAUSE no one is “making” you.
*Run 2 miles every morning BECAUSE you want to stay in bed!
*Pass up the food BECAUSE the craving is strong (and picture all the people who won’t fight it... you’re not like that, you’re better than that).
MFT!
Confront and overcome the part of you that wanted to choose safety, comfort, and stagnation! And certainly don’t surround yourself with people who only confirm and sustain that weakness! Rub a “Buddha-Belly”…nothing. Rub yourself on Self-Disciplined people (figuratively, please!)…pshango!

I love this post! Why? Because I have my alarm set for 0345 hours so I can get my workout in before I catch a flight to Anaheim, CA in the afternoon! There are no excuses, just f'in priorities!!! What's yours?? Hah!!0
