Less off my waist than other areas but 2cm - more came off hips and thighs0

It looks as though you did a good job of sticking to the calorie target. Your protein is a little shy of target so make sure you focus on that.
How is your lifting going? Are you feeling stronger? Are the weights progressing?0 -
I'm really enjoying it. I'm on stage 4 of new rules now and some weights are progressing and some others a bit static. My deadlift is up to 40kgs now and I reckon I could go higher next time. I'm wondering about others programmes to follow afterwards though. I want to finish NROLFW for completions sake but it does seem to concentrate more on functional exercises rather than compound. I'm way stronger than I was though.
