    Less off my waist than other areas but 2cm - more came off hips and thighs

    It looks as though you did a good job of sticking to the calorie target. Your protein is a little shy of target so make sure you focus on that.

    How is your lifting going? Are you feeling stronger? Are the weights progressing?

    I'm really enjoying it. I'm on stage 4 of new rules now and some weights are progressing and some others a bit static. My deadlift is up to 40kgs now and I reckon I could go higher next time. I'm wondering about others programmes to follow afterwards though. I want to finish NROLFW for completions sake but it does seem to concentrate more on functional exercises rather than compound. I'm way stronger than I was though.

    I have been slipping with protein, you're right I need to refocus a bit.
