Fyi: I thought pork rinds sounded gross as a substitute for bread crumbs, but they work great, and you can't taste them like I thought you might!

I have used porkrinds as a breading for jalapeno poppers which came out great

That's the one from kitchme that wouldn't open. I'd sub the bread crumbs for either more parm or almond flour
