Hi all! My name is Kristin!

So today began my 3rd week of being serious about getting healthy once and for all and its going great other than a few minor mishaps but I haven't let them get me down I just learn from them and move on...

anyways I know this is the beginning of a long journey and I am looking for others with similar weight loss goals to accompany me and be friends to help motivate and keep ourselves on track!

    Hi Kristen its a long journey, i am working on 1 year in have lost in total 21 lbs and have another 110 till i meet my biggest goal of getting under 200! add me if you like

  • Hi Kristin! I'm Ashley but most people call me Ash. I'm 27 and I have lost 27.7 pounds since I started on 1/1/16. I have a short term goal to lose 50 pounds by the time my husband and I leave for our cruise the middle of May. If I don't hit it no big deal but i like to challenge myself lol. My ultimate goal is to lose 100 pounds or more whatever keeps me from looking like an exploded can of biscuits lol. Feel free to add me! I'm following a high protein and veggie diet right now as I am Gluten intolerant and I have had bad stomach issues so my dr has me in an elimination diet to determine what foods are causing my issues. I have my diary locked bc of this. I was having some people question my lack of fruit and how low my calories are. When you eat high protein you fill up really fast so I just listen to my body.
