I ran 5x5 for about a year before I moved on to 5/3/1 for another 2 years or so. I kinda fell off the grid after I hit my last set of goals and I stopped working out as often and testing at all. As a normal consequence of that, I got fatter and weaker. I couldn't hit these today, but hopefully they will help with your motivation. As for my motivation, I'm going to hit these all again by the end of the year.
First started 5x5 July 2011
Squat - 235
Bench - 225
Deadlift - 265
OHP - 145
9 month later - March 2012

Bench - 250
Deadlift - 355
OHP - 160
A lot of work later and years of consistent lifting - Jan. 2015

Been at it 5 months.
Squat: 210
Bench: 185
DL: 300
OHP: 107.5
Row: 165
Squat and bench have been slow for me, but I am finally adding some weight because I feel like I started to figure out form.0 -

I am finishing week 6 tomorrow
Squat 175 - (knees are starting to bother me, getting real tough, may stall soon)
Bench 140 - Not too bad yet
DL 185 - Not too bad yet
OHP 90 - getting tough
Row 120 - Not too bad
I do weighted dips, paused bench press, and shrugs on Bench/row day for assistance. I do weighted pullups, close grip bench, and curls on Press/Dl day
I really want to switch over to Wendler 531 soon, but still lots of room for increases here. I may replace one squat day or try an intentional deload to work on form to see if it helps my knee. My biggest dilemma has been being afraid to eat more out of fear of weight gain. I can't decide if I want to slow bulk or cut. I would like ot maintain but I haven't been able to figure out what the # is yet.0 -
Not sure if anyone is still here or not. I am about 7 weeks into the program.
Squat 150
BP 95
Row 115
OHP 100
DL 195
Body weight is about 2151
