Power Day
Warmup
General stuff
Tabata Row
Tabata Assault Bike
(get the HR nice and high, really warm and loose...be ready to go anaerobic...you want to be able to spike your blood right when the clock starts, the 1st few minutes are not the warmup!)

15 min. clock
3 Burpees
5 GTOH (ground 2 overhead, plate or bar)
5 Dips
6 Wtd Step Up w/ knee drive

Cool Down

Stretch/Mobility
Downward/Upward Dog
Hip Stretch
Hamstring stretch w/ rope
Spider lunge (elbow to ankle)
others as you please

    Did a modification of this workout today:
    5 rounds, 30 secs each:
    -B&T
    -GTO (35lb)
    -Lunge in place (with or without weight)
    -Skaters
    -Bicycle Crunch
    Then, did 1 additional round (false finish), subbing the B&T for burpee, 10 reps each exercise.

    Did me in plenty!!
