I thought some people might be interested in this podcast.
A lot of the info the more seasoned of us probably already have gathered from there and there but I still found it interesting.
In particular one part where he talks about "water weight". Why we loose it so fast the first week, what it actually is ect. That part I found VERY interesting. The podcast is about 3hrs long so I'm sorry I can't tell you what the time signature is for that info.
For those of you familiar with Joe Rogan, or who have said they don't listen to his podcast because of an abundant use of the "F" word, This podcast has hardly any of that. If that was a deterrent, there isn't much in this one .... that I noticed anyway so you should be able to enjoy it.
He also talks significantly about endurance training. Running and triathlon and the new research on that in relation to low carb and keto diets. He's just released his new book on the subject - Primal Endurance.
