Yes, maintain your calories at the 1200 level. MFP set mine at 1200 also, i am 5'1". Tomorrow morning begin to folllow the LCHF meals you'll read here---just check the topics and you'll get a lot of ideas, esp read the "starter" forums and you'll pick up meal plans.
I've been eating avocado, bacon, egg yolk , steak, green salad, Kerry butter etc. have also been drinking at least two cups of bone both per day (sometimes chciken or beef boullion). I'm setting my nutrients to arrive at 50 carbs a day, 58 grams of protein and the rest fat. Usually i miss the correct FAT but am working on putting more butter and olive oil into foods before i eat them.

Keep your fluids up, take salt, magnesium celate and enjoy a more carnivorous life. I found it hard to learn to eat good fats like coconut oil n avocado. Old habits. Launch pad is well worth a read. Good luck n welcome. BTW keto calculators on launch pad are useful for calculating your cal intake n macros. If 1200 works for you, great. Personally, at 5ft4 1200 is below what my body burns just lying around. Unless, like me, you are vertically challenged, worth looking at a sustainable higher value.0
