This is where you can post about anything! Post about your day, your interests, funny stories, anything you want. I will either be posting geeky stuff because I am a huge geek/nerd or funny stories about my kids. Also feel free to start your own threads. Some game threads would be fun. I want this to be a community where we feel comfortable getting to know each other and motivate each other in a geeky and fun way! I am a stay at home mom who doesn't get out much and doesn't have too many friends because I don't fit in with the typical suburban pta moms. I am a geeky goth and dress like young adult even though I am 40. I am Hobbit size 4'10 so most people think I am in my 20s lol! I suffer from depression and lonliness is a real killer for me. I have a loving husband so my evenings are ok, but my week days can become so boring and mundane, especially in the winter. I need friends whether they are in person or online. You need friends when doing a journey like this, to stay motivated. I lost all my baby weight last year and bought myself a whole new wardrobe only to have gained 15 pounds and most of it not fit this year, so I am working on loosing the 15 I gained plus the last 10 pounds I wanted to loose last year, but didn't. I got a new tracker last month, (I lost my Fitbit last year and my motovation) and decided I wanted to restart my Walk Through Middle Earth. In 2011 I made it as far The Mines of Moria but then popped out a couple of kids, and lost interest in the journey. This time I am keeping a weekly log of my journey! Just have fun here! That is all you are asked to do!
