What is your favorite "dessert?" Fat bomb?

I would love some ideas. I made one the other day with, cream cheese, whipping cream, and peanut butter with some Splenda, melted a little super dark chocolate on the top of each one, soooooo delicious. 6 carbs each of pure heaven. Now that that's gone I'm fresh out of ideas. I would love to hear some ideas you may have for a "sweet treat."

Just google fat bomb....there are a ton of really good ones out there! It just depends on what appeals to you taste-wise.0

I soften some cream cheese, mix in some cream, walnuts and sugar free maple syrup or microwave some dark chocolate (90-95%) and butter together and mix in some ground almonds eat with a spoon!0

There are so many delicious fat bomb recipes out there, but the longer I eat this way, the less I feel I need to have these faux sweets to stay happy. Nothing like a nice dinner and then a cup of coffee after.0

This one isn't my favorite, but somehow it's very satisfying. It's not a "sweet, sweet" fat bomb the way many of them are. This one is more of a savory fat bomb along the lines of a European sweet (i.e. only slightly sweet) if you understand what I mean. I always keep a batch of this made up and in my freezer ready to go at a moment's notice.0 -
I still like custard made with cream, eggs, vanilla, and a blend of low carb sweeteners, but I've been kind of not craving sweets lately. A few weeks ago, I was whipping cream cheese with powdered erythritol and vanilla and eating it as a treat.0

Genius @lithezebra I had completely forgotten custard. My husband makes great custard, although his should come with a "do not eat and drive warning", so maybe I can see if he will back the alcohol when I feel like custard. Strangely, I have had one slice of vegan cake in the last 4 months (for Christmas) and it was nice, but I am not really missing sweet stuff.0

I made an orange creamsicle popsicle the other day using 2 tbsp. of HWC and some diet Sunkist. Came out pretty good. I was surprised.0

6 carbs for one "dessert" seems high to me. all the ones i make are either 1 carb or "trace" carbs.
