Body Fat...

I have a Tanita scale that uses the electric resistance method of calculating my body fat. Yes, I know it's not the best or only method. I do measure my various body parts to track my progress as well. Here are today's stats:
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 150#
BF: 36% (?????)
Pounds of BF...54?
How is that even possible? That is a new BF% all time high for me. Previously it was 33%. The lowest I've ever measured on that scale was 28% at 143#.
I guess that makes me the now popular label..."Skinny Fat"?
I think it's time for a new scale.

Instead of getting another scale, you get a body fat caliper on Amazon for ~$7 which will give you a more accurate and consistent way to get a body fat % and then you can just use your scale for weight!0
