    Yes the Grease Riders group is really nice, not super active lately, but less judgmental than some of the other keto groups. It was created by a member here so its basically our community on FB. if you want to message me your name on facebook I can send you a request to add you.

    I think the Ketovangelist fb page is Ketogenic Success - its a nice group :)
