It looks like there are a bunch of January joins to this group. (I just joined today.). I was wondering how many people have stuck with their 2016 IP goals so far?
I'm feeling good and seeing results but starting to get a little tired of meat and veggies. This (lbs lost, feeling like it's time to reward myself, 4 weeks in) is where I usually slack off on a diet so I'm telling myself 3 more weeks. I can do anything for 3 weeks, right? Then hoping I'll tell myself 3 more! What's working for y'all?

Hello I'm just three weeks in too and eating is just a little too high maintained for me . I like the grab a bar and go mentality so I have pre-made ALOT of stuff . This way I can kick it up a notch with spices homage salsas walden farm products etc ....this so far has helped my challanges so far ...I would say Janeva's cook book might be awesome ...2
