Hello.. IM Debbie.. Im 59 almost 60.. 
but hey its better than 70.. lol..I live in Indiana near the Illinois line.. My IP clinic is actually in Paris, ILL. Ive been on IP for 4 1/2 months.. lost 53.75 lbs.. This is the best diet ever.. Just wanted to introduce myself.. I will post later.. Thanks
