Wow, I just found this group. To date, as of this morning, I have been on IP for 72 days. I use a Digital Scale... 202.6 lbs. - Start Weight 163.0 lbs. - This Morning's Weight That's 39.6 lbs. lost in 72 days, or... 0.55 lbs. / Day Where are YOU at??? :-)
I will be going back on phase 1 again starting January 9th with a friend. Almost 2.5 years ago I lost almost 50lbs. I haven't been on the plan for 2 years and have gained about half back. Lots has changed in those two years so fingers crossed it is as easy as it was the first time
