Wow, I just found this group. To date, as of this morning, I have been on IP for 72 days. I use a Digital Scale... 202.6 lbs. - Start Weight 163.0 lbs. - This Morning's Weight That's 39.6 lbs. lost in 72 days, or... 0.55 lbs. / Day Where are YOU at??? :-)

I will be going back on phase 1 again starting January 9th with a friend. Almost 2.5 years ago I lost almost 50lbs. I haven't been on the plan for 2 years and have gained about half back. Lots has changed in those two years so fingers crossed it is as easy as it was the first time
Foods for the day and carb count
HI! i'm curious what do you ate on a regular bases for the ideal protein foods in phase 1. I feel like i might need to pay closer attention the carbs in them. i was drinking a strawberry banana every morning for breakfast and it has 9g of carbs! woza that's a lot for a none restricted food. First time on MFP while on Ideal Protein
Hello everyone. I started IP the day after Thanksgiving. I am down about 24 pounds. I have used MFP in the past to journal and keep track of my weight but this is the first time I have ever done IP and am looking for friends and came upon this group. Hello.. IM Debbie.. Im 59 almost 60.. :bawling: but hey its better than 70.. lol..I live in Indiana near the Illinois line.. My IP clinic is actually in Paris, ILL. Anxiety
I have been doing IDP for 4 weeks now and am down 19.4lbs and 15.25"! Does anyone else get anxiety before their weekly weigh ins? I almost dread going in, even though I always have good weigh ins....
Healthy Superbowl Party
I'm having a few friends over for a superbowl party. Other than veggies, what ideas do you have to serve snacks when we are on Ideal Protein? I don't want to buy a lot of IP foods and create lots of different foods. Guess I need to try the veggie dip that's posted.
