but I still hope my husband appreciates these! It took for-freaking-ever to shape all those dang hearts (because I had no idea what I was doing lol) but they turned out smelling pretty great...and they taste even better!

Flourless and Low-Sugar Cookies with Peanut Butter and Chocolate

And actually I used only 1/2 cup (14g) Splenda and subbed in 1/2 cup granulated Erithrytol; I used 1 Tbsp of Brown Sugar Splenda (not 2 as the recipe states b/c it's about 2x sweet as regular b/s, which I don't know that she realized since she says she doesn't usually use it) - and instead of unsweetened cocoa powder (because I apparently ran out?!) I used 3 tbsp/14g of Bob's Red Mill Toasted Carob Powder. They're much more milk-chocolatey in flavor which we both prefer anyway, and the carob powder sub didn't affect the carb count (surprisingly) so WIN.

I got 27 cookies out of it (only made 24 hearts though, I'm eating the others myself lol), and they came out to 82 calories, 6g fat, 4g total carbs / 3g net carbs and 3g protein per cookie.
