    ^That I worked out at home from when lil girl was very young has always stuck with her and kept her interested in exercise. Wish I could've been that way when my son was little, but of course I went from working full-time to moving continents during that time and when I did workout, it was usually at a gym.

    Mainly I posted that^ because I started an exercise program with the kids today. Don't foresee sons taekwondo teacher changing the schedule t something better for us (9:15 is just too late for a kindergartener to be out waiting for her brother), so I put something together for all of us. We have Dumbbells for each of us (got lil girl pink ones ages ago, plus have 2kg for son, 5kg for me, and adjustable after that). Well, it kicked my butt!! I should be a trainer, LOL! Only did one run through, although I designed it as 3x run through...we'll work up to that. It's great because the different weights makes it challenging for everyone. I'm soooo out-of-shape that just holding the 5kg Dumbbells (22lbs) was enough on squats, etc!!!! It'll be fun working my fitness level back up again! We had just got in from a walk, which counted as our warmup, but I still need t formalize a warm up and cool down and put together a pictur poster, so lil girl can see it (I do this for everything, like chores and house rules, etc....until she can read). Planning on 3x/week. Whoops, alarm ringing telling it's some for kid extracurricular activities, gtg!
