I've started my training for the annual half marathon I run every year. Are there any runners here who train & stay low carb? Or do you bump up type carbs on running days? What are your go to carbs on training days?

I run. I started keto 3 weeks before a 5K I was training for. (After a 10K I decided longer distances were not for me.
I'll probably do another 10K but no longer than that.) I struggled with speed and stamina the first few weeks but once I adapted, I did not find I needed extra carbs on training days. YMMV though, especially since you're doing longer distances.
