Suggestions for gluten free & Pregnant

Hi everyone, I'm newly pregnant (YAY!) but because I'm obese, I don't want to gain too much during this pregnancy. I'm also special diet-wise. I'm allergic to wheat and severely intolerant to onions and similar, and mildly intolerant to beans and lactose. At the moment I've also got a very strong aversion to anything fresh and green, but get sick if I don't have a constant rotation of small snacks... rice crackers and peanut butter are my best friends at the moment.

So I was wondering if anyone could help me out with tasty, low calorie (so I can eat a ton), pregnancy & me safe snacks. I'm pretty clever substituting ingredients but the greens have got to go. Just can't do them. The worst offenders are salads & leafy greens, broccoli, and green beans.

An added bonus, I'm craving plain rice, peanut butter, and full cream cow's milk (not sure what do do but suffer through the lactose intolerance there). So if anyone can work those into the mix you might make me so happy I'll cry.
