Daily fitness challenge

Everyday I will post a small workout challenge! The challenge will hopefully motivate you to workout. After you complete the challenge post something! A picture, a comment of victory or joy! Did you like the work out? I will also keep track of the number of challenges you complete! The more the better. Of course, only do what feels right to you! If it hurts, is too difficult please stop or switch out the challenge with something you can do. No one knows you better than yourself!
