It takes Eight weeks for your friends and family to see your body changing!!!!!!
Making long term weight loss goals are the perfect way to keep yourself motivated!!! Remember changes don't just happen overnight!!!! It takes time and effort!!! This is a great place to start for those who are losing the weight for your family, loved ones or close friends. If a month is too short, try two! As you can see people have different reasons and need different methods to motivate themselves to do their best! Ideally you take it one challenge at a time! Ideally you check in each week with your new weight though it is not required. By doing this you do feel more accountable to reach your goal!
I recommend making your goal something realistic anywhere from 4- 16 pounds.

I recommend giving yourself a mini-reward if you reach your goal! For example, a new book or dress. Just remember that though you might want to give yourself a treat or something sweet it won't help you in the long run.
If you don't make your goal? It's perfectly okay! Try again and try again. The number might not have changed but you might have gained muscle! You should also be proud of the loss no matter how small!
