Cheat days, bad days, or any day you feel like quitting....

Losing weight is hard, changing your life style is hard and sometimes staying motivated and positive is even harder. Everyone on this journey has had or will have a terrible day. A day you are terrified to step on that scale. A day you might even hate yourself for. Guess what? We have all been there. Some of us have been there many times in our life. However, one of the best ways to feel better is through sharing your bad day. Sometimes you need to complain about life and that coworker who brought in doughnuts. Sometimes you need to rant and express yourself and here is where you can. Share the bad days so that the members in this group can help pick you back up and cheer you on. Bad things happen to everyone. It is what we do after the terrible day, events, months have pass that truly define us. If you need help how will we know unless we are asked or told?
