Yesterday was my first really good day (as far as meeting goals) in a very long time. After work I got in a 3 mile run, then I went to the gym & did my PT exercises both for my shoulders & my running ones, and then I had a good session with Jason. I went to the grocery store on the way home from the gym to pick up some healthy food. I logged all of my food yesterday & stayed within my calories. I got to bed a little bit later than what I've been trying to do, but I didn't get home until 8:00 and still had to eat dinner, unpack my bags from yesterday & repack what I needed today, shower, and clean up the house.0

Huh...that was really weird that the thread I made yesterday ended up in announcements. So weird. Anyway, you're all welcome to see what I wrote there if you like. lol.
Sherry - I wish I had a suggestion for getting the smell out. But I have none. At least it was calming!
Laura - Glad you had a good day yesterday!
I've gotten way off track on my eating recently. Trying to figure out the best way to reel it in. Small changes or just trying to maybe drop all the extras for a a couple weeks until my appetite readjusts. Either way, I want to be more faithful about my logging and about my goals!
Went for a run yesterday, and as I was getting ready to head out...Oldest comes out and asks to come with. I figured teaching my daughter good and healthy habits was more important that getting in a "good" workout (I knew we would be going slow with walking added in). So off we went. She had a blast and wants to do it every week and she even jogged the whole first mile. So proud of her and it was nice to have some time together, just the two of us.
Today I'm hoping to go swimming for a half hour or so this afternoon. Youngest spiked a fever the other day, but was already almost gone by last night so hopefully he'll be set for school by this morning. Also going to do a bike ride tonight! First time riding my bike in a couple of months, and I'm excited!

I unchecked the "announce" box on that thread. I hadn't even noticed it up there.
I guess I totally missed Tuesday. Oops. I was still lazy and groggy, but after a whole container of baking soda, I've nearly gotten the smell out. Had to help son wth art project, so didn't get time for our workout. Legs are doing pretty good.0
