    18/365 Yesterday was a rest day. Today I ran 1.5 miles and walked 1 (half warm-up, half cool-down). It's so beautiful out and tomorrow is going to be even better!

    Today I went to follow up on grief group and then to lunch. It was fun. I received my order of a new protein drink. I ordered two flavors banana creme & cookies and creme. Tried the banana and it's the best I've had so far.

    Today I rested on exercise. Tomorrow is physical with new Dr. And then dinner with friend so not sure if I'll get workout in. Hopefully a walk.

    Active day. Have a new cpap machine. After Dr. Tried to give me cortisone shot my knee has some swelling and hurts like the devil. Going to ice again. Received my new DVD's can't wait to do one tomorrow morning. Late so gotta go.

    22/365 What a crazy week! I got in a workout Mon and Wed, ran Tues, took a beautiful 3 mile walk Wed. ..but Thurs took a field trip to a bball game that had me gone from 6A to 11P and by the time I got home yesterday around 630 I was already exhausted. I hope to get in some good movement today!

    Bad allergy day. Took medicine and still had a facet nose. Slept good but still woke up around two. Finally took cpap off around five. Was gone most of the day. Do it was a rest day. Have a lot to catch up on this week. Chores, exercise and extra organizing. Goal for next week three workouts!!!

    24/365 This was a terrible weekend for me! Very little exercise with a bunch of not very good food. Getting back on track this week with both, hopefully. I'm also feeling very stressed, which I know can pack on pounds, but hopefully I can lessen that this week as well.

    Sunday was a rainy dreary day. Rather than formal exercise organized and cleaned all day. It wore me out.

    Well decided to do a new DVD 5 mega mile. 93 minutes of hard walking. Toning on both upper and lower body. Then walked dogs. Great workout. Now lots of water and less carbs today. Over ate the fruit this past weekend. Tasted so good but gained some weight.
