That quote is what I needed to see this morning. I feel like I've been full of excuses. Last night, though, I told the bf that we were leaving at 7 to go to the gym, and if he wasn't ready, I was going without him! He got ready and we went. It was definitely later than I like to go...we were procrastinating...but worked hard and then slept like a baby!
On the funny side, the bf was on a treadmill next to a woman who was apparently very gassy. LOL...when it finally hit me, I had to stop b/c I couldn't breathe, I'm not sure how he survived the first 1/2 hour!!!
Pretty good number yesterday:
16 - 6.11 miles! ----> 56.1 miles, 4/8 at 5+0 -
17 - 2.82 = 58.92, 4/8.
I was falling asleep on the couch at 630, went to bed at 7 last night. Guess I needed it. Feel much better today and tonight is a gym night!0 -

Okay - I have made it back to work - to the city for a meeting, to another city to the dentist and today to another city to the doctor to review my annual check up....I sure need some steps... so I will curl this weekend.. I just hope my body can keep up because I am tired already...0 -
Went to bed early again last night. We didn't go to the gym, but I did take the puppy to the greenway right after I got home from work. He did ok. Still wants to meet everyone and turns a walk into an upper body workout! LOL

Missed my 50 mile goal for the week . . . but I did manage to lose some weight this month so I guess I can live with that.
