Unfortunately thats the percentage of loss in membership participation of the BFL group. Out of 46 members, 26 or 56% have not checked in for several day and are in the red.
I don"t have the time or interest to send them all a kick in the email to get them back on track. Hopefully they will return to MFP soon.
Guess we are just one tough group to stick with.
The ones who are still here..Congrats and give yourself a pat on the back... it will be worth it to keep on pushing through

BFL is a tough sell today. Most people don't want to work that hard. I posted how I lost 40 pounds in 4 months - following BFL fairly closely - and people attacked me as being "extreme". I didn't even know how to respond. Sure, you can lose weight with less strenuous exercise but you won't do it nearly as quickly.
For the minority of people who aren't afraid to sweat, many are opting for more current workouts like Boot Camp, Shred, or Insanity. Nothing wrong with these BTW - personally I just prefer BFL.
The proof is in the results. Last October I set a goal to be under 210 pounds for my vacation (starting at the end of this week). I was 210 pounds in February. Today I am 199 pounds and MUCH STRONGER than I was in October. I'm ready for the beach.
No question, BFL works.0
