Hi everyone. I'm so happy to have found this group. After reading over many, many posts here over the past week, I've decided to join in the fun. So thankful to find a group of such knowledgeable people who are living a 5:2 lifestyle and making it work! I'm in the 2nd week of doing 5:2 and it seems to be just what I needed to keep moving forward. Wishing everyone continued success!!
