Hi fellow sedentary workers,

I started using MFP back in 2013, and over a year lost 50 pounds in the course of a year through walking and counting calories. I maintained for a while with no problem, with the intention of keeping it off for a year and then attempting to lose another 20. I was close to 200 pounds when I started, and I'm 5'3. I made it to 145 and had no issues keeping it off until I started driving a school bus. I didn't gain the entire 50 back, but some did creep back on enough to push me out of my goal weight's upper range. Now I'm back, and decided to lose what I gained back as well as the 20 additional pounds I'd intended to tackle this year. I know I lost it before, and I know I can lose it again and then some, but I didn't have a sedentary job the first time around.

Any tips for me this time around? I know I won't lose as much as quickly as I did the first time due to having a lower starting weight now and being sedentary, but how much does a sedentary job actually affect weight loss?
