Hi Everybody, I am new to my fitness pal. I just joined some groups to help me with motivation and to make some friends on here hopefully.
Since we are looking for accountability partners, why not have an accountability section to report to every day? I am not finished with my exercise for today yet, but thought that I would get the ball rolling for the rest of you that have! I hope that you like it! Hugs!
Any help with this and looking to gather friends to stay motivated and learn tips on getting thin and being healthy. Will accept friend requests
Hi. Newbie, looking for fitness buddies, tips, tricks, recipes, all the good stuff!! LOL I am a voice-over artist by passion and call auditor 9-5, so my buns are usually glued to a chair. I sometimes work out on break, but hate working feeling sweaty. I would love to hear how other super busy people fit their workouts in.…
I’m new to a desk job. I’ve always worked retail or something else that involved being on my feet. I used to get 10,000 steps in each day, easily. Now that I’m desk-locked, It’s hard to get the same amount of activity without committing an hour each day after work. At first, I found myself unmotivated and sort of depressed…

Good morning everyone. I own my own business and I do sit most of the day. However, I don't sit at a desk or anything like that. I make and sell crafts directly from my home. So most of my day is spent sitting. I also have 3 children to take care of when they are home from school. While I do get up to clean my house as…
I sit ALL the time. I sit to watch TV, do my homework, and at work. While at work I do have to get up alot to get things off the printer and fax things (different machines) I still sit most of the time. I look forward to seeing how everyone deals with this.
Just returned from my lunch walk, 37 min in the blustery wind and started searching mfp for a group I could join. My lunch time walk is my main form exercise and I have to admit if I do it 2x a week I'm happy. Just wanted to say hi.
I work in an office which is conveniently located near a lake. Not swimable water, but great walking paths! I sit for approximately 90% of my work day. So I am looking for easy workouts I can do in the office or outside to get me moving. Any ideas?
