Anyone else care to participate in a thread of random cravings we get and what LC foods we eat to combat them?

Tonight of all things, I'm craving a bowl of cereal with milk. You'd think I'd at least crave something more fun like cookies. ;) So ... LC response to cereal with milk craving? Pour some HWC on pork rinds and call it a day? ;)

    Have you tried toasted coconut flakes yet? Much better than cereal. :)

    What I might really go with is celery sticks with almond butter. And decaf chai with a splash of HWC.

    I've said this in other threads but for reference of newbies or anyone else looking for ideas, I've been pleasantly surprised at how often I can quash carb cravings by shifting my focus to salty or spicy foods and thinking about how good they taste. I often end up with things like:

    * baby dill pickles
    * pepper jack cheese
    * buffalo chicken dip (there are single-serving microwave recipes online)
    * salt and vinegar or spicy almonds
    * guacamole
    * celery with chive and onion cream cheese or (my new find) bacon cream cheese

    Cream cheese fluff, sugar-free Jell-O or a square of dark chocolate usually work well for me if I do decide to go the "sweet" route. Occasionally I'll do a small serving of blueberries with whipped cream.

    Also, a keto pumpkin smoothie is filling and good if I'm craving something like ice cream.

    My husband has a bowl of cereal as a snack every night, and I'm always wishing I could have a bite, so I understand that craving lol. I have a mini babybel cheese with a cup of tea and I'm satisfied.
