Hi guys,

Can anyone from that group message me so I can find out why I was kicked from the facebook group? If I offended anyone I appologise but I'd been a member for a long time and helped alot of people and was kicked with no communication whatsoever.

    Was it grease riders? I wouldn't think they'd kick anyone it's a pretty relaxed group

    It was the actual Keto Adaptation group. I was a member for a long time, posted recipes, helped people, and the only thing I did was post a picture of a graph of my weightloss on a post of a girl who was complaining that she hadn't lost much weight, showing that weightloss is up and down and there are periods where you lose nothing. Shortly after that I noticed nothing on my newsfeed anymore, and discovered that i had been kicked, without even the courtesy of an inbox to tell me why. I found the group a good source of info and recipes and I do miss it from my feed. I don't get why being a Facebook admin makes people think they're better than everyone else.

    If that doesn't work, you can PM her the email you used to sign up for FB. Just something so she can search and find you there. Your FB first and last name helps, too...


    The PM feature is so wonky here in groups now, @hsmith0930 . Try clicking her name link, then click it again (in the pop up window) to get to her profile, then click send message from there.

    @EbonyDahlia I'm a member of the Fb group you mentioned . In the past couple of days there has been some posts regarding people being kicked out by mistake....the admins immediately reinstated them. Do you want me to message them for you ?
