Quick question. Would it be ok to take all my vitamins at night instead of in the morning? I just cannot stomach all of them.

    Don't see why not. I take half of mine in the morning with breakfast, and the other half at night with dinner. Works for me! :)

    Whenever works best for you should be fine! Just an fyi: iron can block absorption of calcium, so shouldn't be taken together. I don't know if you take these, but it's something everyone needs to know too! :smiley:

    Back when I took vitamins, I could never take them in the morning. If my stomach hadn't had enough food, which was likely because I have never been a morning eater, I would very likely puke. I would take them at night, when I remembered.

    I split mine into morning and night doses. I actually kind of carry them around in my pocket and take them over the course of an hour or so. But, I take a lot... So it's mostly because I can't drink enough water at one time to get them all down before I feel too full! lol

    This is me totally. It use to be no big deal but now that I have added more vitamins I just cannot stomach it. I will just try to take them after I dinner around 630.

    Split them up, over two to three times/day.

    It should be noted, many vitamins are best absorbed with fat. So, you should be eating a nice, fatty, meal before or at least around the time you take the vitamin. That will help you get the full benefits of it.

    I eat breakfast and take all of the ones that work best for me to take with food.

    I have to take mine at night, I definitely get sick if I take them in the morning.
