Thanks for joining! First go on ahead and introduce yourself to the group! After that explore the different discussions available! If you find a challenge you like go ahead and start posting! If you really want to stay accountable and lose that extra weight you really should post something daily or weekly. I am in another group which has over 200 members!!! That's crazy right? The problem with that number is that less than half are STILL active. If you click on there name most people have stopped logging in days, weeks and months ago. The few that are still active post something daily! Here is a perfect place to do that! You can reach your goals! You just need to be as active as you can on this app and on this site! I hope to see you posting soon.
