We need more words for HUNGER

Supposedly the Eskimos have a bunch of words for "snow." (Or maybe not.)
We are the Eskimos of hunger. Seems like our vocabulary is a little weak. Can we expand it?
We've got famished, starving, hungry, and peckish. Intensity.
Hangry. At least somebody put some emotion into it.
Satiated. Full.
Cravings. We need to differentiate between needs vs wants. Nutrient seeking vs non-homeostatic reward.
I will make my contribution to this last category. That mini-orgasm you get from a bite of good chocolate? Hmm, how about "cocoasm?"
