Hopped on scales first thing over here in UK, fearing not good news after school holidays - didn't go wild, but didn't stick rigidly to logging everything either:

Scales say gained 0.5lb over last fortnight, but tape measure says 2cm off waist, 1cm off hips.

After school holiday last week, goals are
to get back on track with logging everyday and
planned exercise.
write weekly meal plan today (so if everyone else is having pie, I have an alternative in store, etc)
