Recipes for your sweet tooth!

Hi everyone! In order to stay on the 'wagon', I've been looking out for recipes that will satisfy my sweet tooth, anything chocolatey really! I've found two great ones so far...

These are brownies and if cut into nine pieces are 37 calories each!

    This chocolate avocado pudding is to die for! I make mine with almond milk but any kind will work. And you can substitute honey with stevia or whatever other sweetner you choose. SOOOOO DELISH!!!

    My go to fix for a sweet tooth is Oatmeal Banana cookies -- really easy to make.

    2 Bananas, 1 cup oatmeal, mix together well, spoon on cookie sheet, bake for 20 min or so at 350 degrees. Recipe says quick cooking oats but I use the old fashioned oats.

    They are about 38 calories or so each depending upon how many in a batch and any add ins. Usually get about 13 per batch and only add cinnamon to keep calories low.
    I keep bananas in my freezer so always have them on hand, they thaw in just a few minutes.

    Feel free to add, vanilla, chopped walnuts, dark chocolate chips, chopped almonds, cinnamon, PB2, whatever strikes your fancy. I've added PB2, made a thumbprint and filled with raspberry jam after baking.

    Now, these do not taste like traditional cookies and for some texture may be an issue.

    I'm a total cookie monster and these are easy and quick enough to keep me from opening and eating a whole sleeve of Oreos.

    I just posted about this in another thread, so yummy! Sometimes ill either add some PB2 and it tastes like a peanut-buttery banana bread, or ill add cocoa powder and it tastes like yum.

    I take about a cup of frozen mixed berries, microwave them until they're warm, and top with some crumbled graham crackers (half sheet) and a couple tbs of light cool whip. It's so good and sits around 125 calories.

    This isn't really a recipe, exactly, but a sweet snack I enjoy. I dunk graham crackers into some no-sugar added applesauce with a little cinnamon on top. It's not super low in calories, but much better than a slice of apple pie. It's about 200 calories for the applesauce and 2 sheets of graham crackers.

    another SUPER SIMPLE treat I came across are peanut butter oatmeal bars. SO FLIPPIN YUMMY!!!

    Just mix 1 cup of natural peanut butter, with 1/2 cup honey and 3 cups of oatmeal (not the quick serve ones). Level out the mixture in a 9"x 9" lightly greased pan and refrigerate for 3-5 hours before cutting into squares and enjoying. For added tastiness you can also melt some chocolate chips to drizzle over the top if you like. ENJOY!
