    (Sunday)
Tough getting today's workout started. Did 29 clapping push-ups yesterday as part of a different group's strength challenge. Was feeling it in arms, back, and chest and dreading the 38 standard push-ups on today's schedule.

When I made the decision to get back in shape (again) back in January, I also made a second decision to not second guess the first one. Boy was I second guessing that second decision. Changed into workout cloths still second guessing it. Got out exercise mat and push-up bars second guessing it. Even made the bed, just to put it off a little longer. Then laid on floor in front of push-up bars, and procrastinated a little longer by playing a game on my phone... and then got started. 38 push-ups without issue. [eye roll] Talk about all that drama for nothing.

Just realized I forgot my quote for the workout... again. [sigh]

"An excuse becomes an obstacle in your journey to success when it is made in place of your best effort or when it is used as the object of the blame."
