So...I'm back

Wow. I've been gone long enough that MFP asked me to reset my goals and such. I need to get back on it.
I've not gained any extra weight, at least my starting weight is the same as when I left...but I'm not any healthier. Tonight I hit the gym again to at least get to know the eliptical again, and lift a few weights.
Summer is coming and I refuse to be huffing and puffing around everywhere. Oy. Wish me luck! :wink: And if anyone has any fantastic easy LCHF recipes they want to share!!! Pretty please send them my way!!
