    Way behind you all, but have worked myself up to 80, my leg and Achilles are adjusting and getting much stronger. But I am only at 80, in 2 sets of 40 with an ankle/ achiles massage n stretch break. You all inspire me, thank you

    Good job Tammy! You have to listen to your body. I finally got to the point where I'm splitting them into 4 sets. I just hope I can finish the 30 days still doing them all at the same workout time but it is getting tough!!
