Way behind you all, but have worked myself up to 80, my leg and Achilles are adjusting and getting much stronger. But I am only at 80, in 2 sets of 40 with an ankle/ achiles massage n stretch break. You all inspire me, thank you0

Good job Tammy! You have to listen to your body. I finally got to the point where I'm splitting them into 4 sets. I just hope I can finish the 30 days still doing them all at the same workout time but it is getting tough!!Way behind you all, but have worked myself up to 80, my leg and Achilles are adjusting and getting much stronger.
