@SamandaIndia ... recovery time is so important for arthritic joints ... but starting on Monday I'm going to try to go for the 3 days in a row, haven't been able to do that this week.0

@Nikion901 great goal. Trust your body's signals. Mine was happy everyday doing squats and even more than day before. Tonight I can tell my legs do need a rest so tomorrow is a rest day. I am learning when to push and when to rest. Sounds like you have that sorted.0
