    okay, finally got this straightened out. I started day one with day two squats, then did day three, today is the day off so I did 50 for day one. Got it? Lol

    So I am torn between giving my legs the recovery and build time muscles need and my inner over achiever who turned herself into a duck last time she did a squat challenge. Feeling great.... decisions...

    Ok, tomorrow is definitely a day off. Legs not happy about our Dutch staircases (Dutch = steep).
