What is a healthy reasonable goal weight?

I'm 5'2 (160 cm) and at 132 (60 kg) lbs and I'm happy about it. I don't wanna loose anymore weight, I just wanna cut down in fat and gain muscles.
For me this is not about being thin, I wanna be strong and fit. I've stopped monitoring my weight and I'm only monitoring measurements.
I don't think any of us should really focus on weight cause muscles are heavier then fat. When we can look in the mirror and think we look great then our goal has been reached0 -
I am 5' 6" and my original goal was 145-150ish. I started weightlifting in December and gained some muscle weight so I am back up to 170 then I did at 165 (last years weight before I started lifting). I am trying to not hold too much stock in the scale and will see where the journey takes me. I am larger framed so no matter where I end up I will not go below 145. I look at pictures of me from my teenage years when I was 135 and I was too skinny. I would rather weigh more and look strong and athletic then be stick thin.1
