Help Me Improve the LaunchPad

@RalfLott brought to my attention something I already knew. We got bald spots in the LaunchPad! I'd like to fill those in.
Particularly in the area of WOE links. Diabetes (this was the concern-Important!) needs help bad. But also we have other plans under-represented.
I'm a busy bacon-eater. But I would like to improve this. So what I need from diabetics and those in the know: what are good informative links on WOE for diabetics. The American Diabetic Association site is clueless, which is what I had as a placeholder. It's better than sticking with the SAD, but not good enough. What do you all recommend?
Also, we have nothing for Paleo... there are 18 gazillion links on the interwebz. I want a couple good, succinct ones full of good information, y'know. And other plans. I'll link Sisson for Primal. We need Veggie/Vegan Keto. We need non-dairy keto. And your opinion on others we should include.
And I'll take any other recs for other info gaps.
I don't have time to write a book for every low-carb WOE ever made. And no one has time to read all that either. But we'd like to have as much good info available to help our members out as possible.
In the pipeline is a plan for a mirror-site that would make our LaunchPad info accessible to non-members. In fact, @Dragonwolf has already made a framework. That is going to take a lot of time as that has to be ported over item by item. But that's what I'm looking to start doing soon. Working on it here and there when I get the time, bit by bit.
Anyway, enough blathering on.
Suggestions?

I'm not diabetic, but two sites come to mind:
http://www.phlaunt.com/diabetes/
http://www.diabetes-book.com/read-online-diabetes-solution/1 -
I do non-dairy keto, but are you wanting recipe links, or like links to explanation stuff on why someone might remove dairy from their diet?1
-
Ditto http://www.phlaunt.com/diabetes/ for diabetes information.
If you are interested in adding other forums, the best I am aware of is http://www.diabetes.co.uk/ It is a very large community that supports people with diabetes using a variety of means (including dietary - keto, low carb (a variety of definitions), vegetarian) to manage their diabetes. You do need to be able to convert from mg/dl (the unit used in the US) to mmol/l (the unit used in many other places - including the UK).0 -

Judging by the questions I see commonly here, I'd look especially at ways to get extra fat/calories without including dairy. Some sample recipes or recipe sites would probably be good, too.0 -

Maria Emmerich has some great dairy-free keto recipes. Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but here is the link. http://mariamindbodyhealth.com/
For Paleo, I'd suggest Rob Wolf's or Lorain Cordain's websites.0 -

That helps.
Working on this today.
Any veggie/vegan keto blogs/resources besides reddit?1 -
@baconslave, any bald spots catch your eye lately?0

I need to complile all the videos I've bookmarked from you all.
Basically just looking over the open threads to see if a FAQ topic is not covered.
Any recipe sites I don't have listed.
Whatever key resources you all have for the Nerd-File (science).
Any help for the "Programs Section" if it needs it.1 -
I would like to see a section on Keto for a various amount of health reasons. The benefits. I know we are a number of gluten free members on here.
But apart from food intolerances and celiac GF is being recommended more and more for a larger variety of issues:
IBS, arthritis, hatashimo, fibromyalgia, PCOS etc it seems it helps reduce inflammation which in turns have a positive effect on your body. Once you remove gluten you are pretty much left with either nasty heavily processed alternatives or you are already half way to Keto and already low carb.3 -
I agree with Bonny132.
Also, I was under the mistaken impression that anyone eating keto or LowerCarb/HF had to eat ALL their macro totals each day. That kept me from beginning keto for months until I came here and read the simple truth. Please include that somewhere when you change things because I've seen other new LowCarbers ask the same thing.1 -

I think a forum in MFP used by people who set their calorie intake for weight loss via MFP would be hard pressed to recommend the idea of not eating all of one's "MFP prescribed" calories. If someone enters their stats into MFP for weight loss, a safe deficit (per MFP) is created. To additionally encourage MFP members to not eat all their "MFP prescribed" calories (i.e. eat fat only to satiety) is encouraging an ADDITIONAL deficit that is often severe such as a total intake of only 600-800 calories per day (as an example). An extremely low caloric intake is clearly against MFP guidelines.

I'm not talking about low calories. Sorry for the confusion. I'm talking about being stuffed after a LCHF meal because of a more high fat based diet, yet being told I must eat all my fat amount for the day. There is no way I could do that. I still couldn't do that. This woe is too satiating for me…..which is exactly one of the main reasons that it works for me.1

@baconslave, 2ketodudes have a channel on youtube.com now, they have put up two parts of a three part series on fixing diabetes:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kuOPgCefU_I
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8S2Z4o5CdOs
Part three coming in October.
They have some episodes addressing diabetes on the podcast channel, 2ketodudes as well. Their website has all the episodes available, no podcast app needed. Episodes 3, 8 51, 59 are especially relevent to diabetics:

This is Megan Ramos presenting at Ketofest 2017, she reversed her T2D and works with Dr. Jason Fung at the Intensive Dietary Management clinic which is mostly diabetics and prediabetics using food and exercise to control their health:

You can add a link to my Gluten Free MedScape thread if you wish: Community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10104290/medscape-medical-professionals-continuing-ed-site-celiac-disease-gluten-sensitivity-articles
Also here's my Fibromyalgia MedScape thread too:. Community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10104325/medscape-updates-on-clinical-studies-medical-professionals-continuing-ed-site-re-fm#latest
The articles aren't all specifically on low carb in these diseases but lots of info including the importance of GF/LCHF.1 -

That's a great resource.

Here is a vegan porridge recipe from my vegan daughter. Chia seed fiber g = carb g, so netcarbs = 0! Basic:1/2 c unsweetened coconut milk + 2Tb of chia seeds--> stir occassionally over ~10minutes. That's it. Variations = almond milk; adding cinnamon or nutmeg.0
