chicken breast pounded thin
2 slices of lean ham per chicken
1 slice swiss cheese per chiken breast
layer ham and cheese over chicken and roll tightly
use toothpicks to hold it together in a roll grill till chicken is cooked thru ,can baste with a marinade for a different flavor,pineapple juice, or mango marinade is especially good if you like sweet
