Yellow Perch cooking?

so I went ice fishing and have 80 perch to cook with. Other then filets what else can I do with it? Can you make fish broth with it?

    Yep. You can even fry them. Use healthy fats like olive oil, coconut oil, butter. For the "breading" you can use several things: peanut flour, coconut flour, nut flour like almond or hazelnut flour. You can use crushed up pork rinds. You can first dip your fish in egg and then give it a quick roll in either grated cheese or dried coconut. The only limits are your imagination.

    @ladipoet: Those are some delicious sounding suggestions for cooking. Can't wait until I'm back in Country and have a chance to try a few of those ideas myself.
